These are also images of a CD, much like .BIN and .CUE files. However, these extensions tend to be images of Data CDs in most cases as opposed to VideoCDs or SuperVCDs. As with (Xref) Files ending in .BIN, .CUE either burn them to a CD-R or CD-RW, or use a program that lets you 'mount' them on a virtual drive.
